Long-Term Barge Fleeting
Dedicated slip assignments for loaded or empty barges with a known crew on the dock, built around recurring tow schedules.
We hold space for our customers. A week between loads or a quarter, the slip stays yours and somebody has eyes on it. Schedules are coordinated with your dispatcher, your tow company and the terminals you serve, so the barge is ready when you are.
- S/02On call
Barge Shifting & Handling
On-water shifting between slips, loading docks and adjacent terminals using local towboat partners.
Moving a barge from a stand-by slip to a loading berth, swapping a loaded box for an empty, breasting up tows. We know the towboat operators across Galveston Bay and the GIWW, which is what keeps the wait between a call and a move short.

Vessel Mooring & Lay Berth
Safe overnight or extended mooring for towboats, push boats and project vessels along our coastal waterfront.
A crew coming off a hitch needs somewhere to tie up, and a project boat between jobs needs somewhere to sit for a few weeks. The mooring is well fendered and lit, with shore access and somebody on site overnight.

Barge Cleaning Coordination
We book the cleaning contractor and host the job at our slip, so the boxes come back ready for the next product.
We do not clean barges. It is a regulated specialty and the contractors who do it are set up for it, so we book the slot, host the cleaning vessel at our slip, and hand the barge back load-ready with the paperwork done.
- S/05Surveyor friendly
Repair & Survey Coordination
Slip space and shore access for marine surveyors, drydock movements and repair vendors working your boats.
When a hull survey or a coatings job comes due we provide the slip, the gangway and the laydown room. We keep current numbers for the local surveyors, repair yards and welders, so somebody can usually be on board the same day.

Marine Logistics Support
Local hands at the dock: line handling, gangway, escort and small-boat support for visiting crews.
A crew change, a hot-shot delivery, landing a tug in a tight slip: all of it goes faster with somebody on the dock who already knows the water. Your dispatcher still runs the job. Our crew is the pair of hands at this end of it.
- S/07Long-term lease
Waterfront Dock Leasing
Five-acre coastal yards available for long-term lease with dedicated bulkhead frontage and direct GIWW or bay access.
Operators who need their own footprint can lease dock and yard space at Dickinson or Freeport long-term. Each yard has bulkhead frontage, gated entry and room to lay down spuds, deck barges and small project equipment. Power drops go in on request.

Anything not here, ask on the line.
713-859-0169Both. We have customers who hold the same slip year-round and customers who call us when a single barge needs a place for a week.
Both yards are designed around standard inland hopper, tank and deck barges typical to Gulf coast and inland operators. For unusual dimensions or drafts give us a call. We can usually take it, or point you to a partner who can.
We coordinate with local towboat operators we trust. If you do not already have a tow on contract we can recommend one. The fleeting service itself is separate from the tow, so you choose who moves your equipment.
Not directly. Cleaning is a regulated specialty. We work with established cleaning contractors and provide the slip, the shore access and the coordination, and hand the barge back load-ready with the paperwork done.
Our shore presence is 24 hours a day. The office is staffed during weekday business hours and the on-call line is monitored at all other times.
Inside a business day for most inquiries. If you call the direct line we will usually have an answer for you on the spot.
Customer agreement, certificate of insurance and a basic barge particulars sheet. We can send templates if you do not have them ready.
Take a yard, or just the service.
The lease comes with the crew that works the dock. If you only need one job doing, call and we will say whether it is ours.
